During the weekend of March 6 -7, I attended LadyHacks, a women’s only hackathon in University City. This was a great experience as I learned about tech by helping to develop websites. I also was able to do some networking as well. It was a blast and I highly recommend it!

During the event, I joined a team which developed a website from scratch that was devoted to research about women who go into college for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) fields.

Here is what we worked on. I was directly responsible for the slide designed with a US map on it.
